On Offer at Synergy

Classes for all ages and abilities.

Tiny Gym

Tiny Gym is an exciting mix of Soft Play, Gymnastics and Song Time. Ideal for under 5's.

Gymnastics for All

A one hour class for children aged 4 to 15. Ideal for beginners and non-competitive gymnasts.

Adults Gymnastics

Structured classes for adults including beginners and those with experience.

Squad Gymnastics

We compete in Tumbling, Team Gym and Women's Artistic. By invitation only.

Our History

About Us

Established in 2012 as Southwark Gymnastics Club, with a vision for affordable gymnastics for everyone in our local community of Camberwell. We quickly grew across four venues – two in Camberwell, plus one in London Bridge and Blackheath. As a CIC we are a non-profit organisation dedicated to reinvesting any surplus profits back into the club by way of new equipment, coach education and such like. Read more about us…

Our Coaches

Quality coaching with staff you can trust

Our coaching team is passionate about gymnastics and sharing their love of the sport. Many of the team started as gymnasts themselves here at Synergy before developing their leadership skills.

We encourage anyone who shows an interest in coaching to undertake coaching courses and assessments with our support. However the process is not easy as we have high expectations from all of our staff.
