Classes at Synergy Gymnastics London
We run a wide range of classes for all ages and abilities. Our recreational level classes are designed to combine enjoyment with learning the basics of gymnastics. Beginning with Tiny Gym from as young as one years old, progress through structured Pre School and Tumbling Tots classes and then onto Gymnastics for All from four years upwards.
Children in our Gymnastics for All Programme can be invited to join competitive classes including Advanced GfA, Floor and Vault, Women’s Artistic, Team Gym or Tumbling Squads.

We are fortunate to have access to some of the best facilities in South East London including a state-of-the-art gymnastics centre in Greenwich and the largest dedicated gymnastics space in Southwark
