Gymnastics Party Information
A Gymnastics party is a great way to celebrate your child’s birthday. We offer parties at two of our locations; Camberwell Leisure Centre and Thomas Tallis School in Blackheath. Parties at both locations run along the same structure which can be found below. Also read on for specific information relating to each venue.
Standard Party Package at both locations:
Party Length: 2 Hours. The first 60 – 75 minutes are spent in the fully equipped gym with the remaining time in the party room for refreshments.
Coaches: Are on hand to supervise the children in the gym, play games and lead structured gymnastics activities as required.
Refreshments: Parties are self catered. You bring the food and drink and we provide a room for the guests to enjoy.
Recommended Ages:
- 3 – 9 Years Old (Camberwell)
- 3 – 14 Years Old (Blackheath)
For our younger guests (five and under) we also include our Tiny Gym setup which includes Soft Play, Bouncy Castle and mini versions of the gymnastics apparatus.
Our qualified coaches are on hand to provide safety supervision and guidance. If there are particular activities or requirements that you would like setup eg a Somersault Activity Station, please let us know when you complete the online booking form.
Gymnastics Parties at Camberwell
Our venue for Gymnastics Parties is Camberwell Leisure Centre, making it easily accessible to host a gymnastics party from Peckham, Brixton, Walworth Road, Bermondsey, Dulwich, Old Kent Road and beyond. There is a small car park and Denmark Hill Station is less than 10 minutes walk away. Bus stops in Camberwell Green serve most directions across south and central London.
Gymnastics Parties at Blackheath
Our venue for Gymnastics Parties is Thomas Tallis School, making it easily accessible to host a gymnastics party from Kidbrooke, Eltham, Lewisham, Greenwich, Blackheath, Chislehurst, Bromley and beyond. There is a large car park and Kidbrooke Station is less than 5 minutes walk away. A bus stop outside the school has routes in most directions across south east London.

Am I able to Come In Beforehand to setup?
Yes, you can arrive up to an hour beforehand to decorate and setup food and drink in the party room. Please check the table below for the specific party slots and their setup times:
- Blackheath Saturday 2.15-4.15pm. Arrive from 1.15pm.
- Camberwell Saturday 3.30-5.30pm. Arrive from 2.30pm
- Camberwell Sunday 2.45-4.45pm. Arrive from 1.45pm
What is the Layout of the Gymnastics Room?
What do the Coaches do?
Coaches are on hand to supervise the safe use of equipment, teach activity stations and play games as required. The team are happy to respond to any requests during the party so don’t worry if you are unsure what the children would like. The team will keep them engaged, busy and having fun for the duration. The team will chaperone the children between the gym and the party room and assist with any needs whilst the group are having refreshments.
Is Alcohol allowed onsite?
Unfortunately Alcohol is not allowed on any of the premises we run parties at the request of the building management.
Can I park onsite?
- At Blackheath there is a large free car park which everyone including guests can use. Pull up to the large gate and press the buzzer for entry.
- At Camberwell there is a very small free car park (2 hours) which has limited availability. If there are no spaces when you arrive, you are able to pull up and unload food, drink, refreshments and then use one of the surrounding streets to park. The surrounding streets are free parking in bays on the weekends.
How Many Guests Can I Invite?
Guests are the children who will be taking part in the gymnastics activities. You are welcome to invite as many adults, family members etc as you wish.
- At Blackheath we have a capacity of 30 guests.
- At Camberwell we have a capacity of 26 guests.
The cost of a party is the same regardless of how many guests you invite.
Do I Need to Pay a Deposit?
Slots are secured with a deposit of £150. This is fully refundable up until 14 days before the party. The balance is also due 14 days before the party. Payments are made online using our secure parent portal.
Is Music Provided?
All parties have a portable stereo with bluetooth connection. You can connect your own device and play your choice of music or we can play a selection of party music. The stereo can be moved between the gym and the party room.
